Your enquiry information
Privacy notice — approved for launch on 12 September 2026.
Mark Harvey uses your contact details, business name, workflow description and booking details to arrange a consultation, understand your enquiry and manage agreed follow-up.
Where your information goes
- Cal.com handles booking questions, confirmations, cancellation and rescheduling.
- Google Workspace handles business email, calendar appointments and meeting links. Mail to hello@free-folk.com.au reaches Mark’s business mailbox, and Mark reviews and replies directly.
- OpenAI Sites hosts this website. There is no separate website enquiry form.
- Mark keeps a minimal local enquiry record to track agreed next actions.
These providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Their privacy policies and retention arrangements apply.
Earlier email processing
Earlier setup tests used an AgentMail mailbox and OpenAI Codex to review email content and attempt forwarding. Those tests involved AI processing. The old mailbox and any retained email or AI conversation copies have not been deleted or migrated by this routing change. Mail sent to the old address does not automatically redirect to Google Workspace; please use the business contact address below.
Website measurement
The website keeps temporary counts of consultation button clicks, calendar loads and booking events in your browser while the page is open. These counts contain no contact details or booking identifiers, are not sent to a separate analytics service, and disappear when the page is reloaded or closed. The Cal.com calendar loads when you choose to load it; using the calendar or opening the booking link connects you to Cal.com under its privacy policy. Hosting and booking providers may keep their own operational logs.
What to share
Use general examples. Do not send passwords, identity documents or confidential customer, employee, health or financial records. The consultation flow does not sign you up for marketing. No meeting recording or transcription is configured.
Retention and your requests
We keep enquiry information while it is needed to arrange and follow up your consultation. We review inactive non-client enquiries after 90 days and remove working copies we control where there is no continuing need to keep them. This review rule does not mean every provider copy expires after 90 days.
Email, calendar and AI conversation copies require separate handling. Providers can retain backups, logs or other records under their own policies and legal obligations. We will explain the outcome and any remaining limits when responding to a deletion request.
For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact hello@free-folk.com.au.
